PAYMENT
We offer the following payment methods:

Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed and shipped.
DELIVERY COSTS
(EU COUNTRIES + SWITZERLAND)
For orders below €50.00, a shipping fee of €5.00 applies.
Orders above €50.00 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.
(NON-EU COUNTRIES + UK)
A shipping fee of €15.00 applies.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions supersede any previous versions and are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of The Netherlands. By purchasing goods from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. "Supplier" refers to Sac&CO BV (SACCOO_SHOP.COM).
"Purchaser" refers to the buyer.
2. Ownership of goods remains with the Supplier until full payment is received.
3. These Terms & Conditions can only be modified in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
4. All prices are as stated in the Supplier’s quotation.
5. Payment Terms
a. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch.
b. Only the available payment methods may be used.
DELIVERY
- Orders are shipped via courier. Smaller items may be sent via registered post.
- In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
- Please inspect your delivery before signing. Failure to report damages or shortages means the goods are accepted as complete and undamaged.
- Any damage or shortages must be reported in writing within 24 hours.
- Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified as soon as possible.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Not satisfied with your purchase?
You may return unused items within 7 days for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs). Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
Between 14–30 days, exchanges or upgrades may be possible. Please contact us at info@saccoo.com.
Sac&CO BV does not cover return shipping costs for non-defective items.
Defective items
All products are guaranteed against defects for 5 days after delivery. Defective items can be returned for a refund or replacement.
After 7 days, manufacturer warranty applies (1 year from purchase date). After this period, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sac&CO BV is not responsible for lost or damaged returns unless using our courier service. Returns must be sent via registered or insured shipping.
